 THE RAMSAY COMPANY builds and inventories a complete line of Multi-Station Manifolds, Subplates, and Adapters for valve sizes from D03 to D10. All catalog items are available in 6061T6 aluminum or steel with most items available in higher strength aluminum alloys and stainless steels as special order. Standard porting for all items is SAE O-ring boss, SAE flange, or NPTF with BSPP porting as an option. As an option, anodizing, electroless nickel, cadmium, zinc, black oxide, passivation, and powder painting are available for the appropriate materials. THE RAMSAY COMPANY uses nothing but certified and traceable materials in the construction of their products. All aluminum is subjected to hardness testing before any machining is done. Steels are subject to inclusion and/or hardness testing before machining to guarantee the part’s integrity. All parts are cross-traceable by date and lot numbers in order to insure quality. THE RAMSAY COMPANY does not use 6061 aluminum with extruded passageways for Barstock Multi-Station Manifolds. All Barstock Manifolds made at THE RAMSAY COMPANY are 6061T6 heat treated aluminum with drilled passageways.
